I had a nice stay, enjoying the cozy breakfast area and fresh waffles each morning! The gym and outdoor seating were great spots to unwind. My only hitch was that the fridge was a bit noisy at night, but overall, I had a relaxing time. 😊

The newly renovated rooms were lovely, very inviting and made settling in a breeze for us seniors. Everything felt so bright and clean, making our stay feel like a refreshing escape.

the room had air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and a coffee machine. A spacious private bathroom with a hairdryer and strong water pressure in the shower. the breakfast featured a mix of eggs, sausage, and fresh pastries. the outdoor pool was nice for unwinding after a busy day.

i had a pleasant stay this time around, much better than my previous experience. the location was ideal for exploring overland park, and the outdoor pool was a nice way to unwind. the staff's friendliness and attentiveness exceeded my expectations during this short visit.

The Deluxe King Room was pretty average. I noticed the room could use some updates—like the shower had holes in the curtain, and the Wi-Fi was pretty spotty. The A/C worked well and I liked the quiet atmosphere for sleeping. Housekeeping missed our room a couple of times, which was annoying. Overall, it felt a bit dated, but it was manageable for a short stay.

The hotel's location was perfect for catching a Royals baseball game, and we loved relaxing in the outdoor pool after our adventures. The staff was super friendly and the Wi-Fi was a bonus for planning our outings. It’s great to have a comfortable base while exploring nearby attractions.

However, we did have some issues with the room being a bit under renovation, which was not communicated upfront. It was a bit disruptive at times.

Poorly maintained common areas and inconsistent WiFi connectivity are frustrating!!! The lack of basic room amenities left much to be desired!!!

I had a wonderful surprise during my stay! The free breakfast was fantastic with options like waffles and scrambled eggs, and the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. However, the ongoing renovations did affect the aesthetics a bit, though I appreciated the value for my money.
